Tratamos sus datos personales conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y a la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).

2. Qué datos tratamos y con qué finalidad

a) Contacto por correo electrónico

Si nos escribe, tratamos los datos que nos facilite (nombre, dirección de correo electrónico, contenido del mensaje y, en su caso, empresa y teléfono) para atender su consulta, preparar una posible relación contractual e informarle, si así lo solicita, sobre la apertura de El Gigante Retreat.

Base jurídica: la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición suya (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y nuestro interés legítimo en responder a las consultas que recibimos (art. 6.1.f RGPD). Si nos pide que le avisemos cuando abra el Retreat, la base es su consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), que puede retirar en cualquier momento.

Conservación: mientras dure la gestión de su consulta y, después, durante los plazos de prescripción legales. Los avisos sobre el Retreat se envían hasta que retire su consentimiento.

b) Datos técnicos de acceso (logs del servidor)

Al visitar este sitio, nuestro proveedor de alojamiento registra automáticamente datos técnicos: dirección IP, fecha y hora, página solicitada, navegador y sistema operativo, y página de origen. Estos datos se utilizan para garantizar el funcionamiento y la seguridad del sitio y no se combinan con otros datos.

Base jurídica: interés legítimo en la prestación segura del servicio (art. 6.1.f RGPD). Conservación: los logs se eliminan según los plazos habituales del proveedor de alojamiento (normalmente pocas semanas).

3. Destinatarios y encargados del tratamiento

Este sitio se aloja en servidores de IONOS (1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Alemania) dentro de la Unión Europea. IONOS actúa como encargado del tratamiento con arreglo a un contrato de encargo conforme al art. 28 RGPD. No cedemos sus datos a terceros salvo obligación legal. No se realizan transferencias internacionales fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo.

4. Cookies y almacenamiento local

Este sitio no utiliza cookies ni herramientas de analítica, publicidad o seguimiento, y no incorpora contenidos de terceros (fuentes, mapas o vídeos) que transmitan datos a otros servidores. Las fuentes tipográficas se sirven desde nuestro propio servidor.

Únicamente guardamos en el almacenamiento local de su navegador (localStorage) el idioma que haya elegido (clave eg-lang, valor «de», «es» o «en»). Es una funcionalidad estrictamente necesaria para prestar el servicio que usted solicita, exenta de consentimiento conforme al art. 22.2 LSSI-CE; no permite identificarle ni se transmite a nadie. Puede borrarla en cualquier momento desde la configuración de su navegador.

5. Sus derechos

Tiene derecho a acceder a sus datos, a rectificarlos o suprimirlos, a limitar u oponerse a su tratamiento, a la portabilidad y a retirar el consentimiento otorgado sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento previo. Puede ejercerlos escribiendo a o por correo postal a la dirección indicada, acreditando su identidad.

Si considera que el tratamiento no se ajusta a la normativa, puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

6. Seguridad

Aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas adecuadas para proteger sus datos, entre ellas la transmisión cifrada (HTTPS) y el acceso restringido a la correspondencia.

7. Cambios en esta política

Podemos actualizar esta política para adaptarla a cambios legales o del sitio. La versión vigente es siempre la publicada en esta página.

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und dem spanischen Datenschutzgesetz Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Welche Daten wir wofür verarbeiten

a) Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn Sie uns schreiben, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen mitgeteilten Daten (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Inhalt der Nachricht, gegebenenfalls Firma und Telefonnummer), um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten, eine mögliche Zusammenarbeit vorzubereiten und Sie – sofern Sie das wünschen – über die Eröffnung des El Gigante Retreat zu informieren.

Rechtsgrundlage: Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) sowie unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Wenn Sie über die Eröffnung des Retreats informiert werden möchten, ist die Rechtsgrundlage Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie jederzeit widerrufen können.

Speicherdauer: für die Dauer der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage und danach im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Verjährungs- und Aufbewahrungsfristen. Informationen zum Retreat senden wir, bis Sie Ihre Einwilligung widerrufen.

b) Technische Zugriffsdaten (Server-Logs)

Beim Aufruf dieser Website erfasst unser Hosting-Anbieter automatisch technische Daten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser und Betriebssystem sowie die zuvor besuchte Seite. Diese Daten dienen dem Betrieb und der Sicherheit der Website und werden nicht mit anderen Daten zusammengeführt.

Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Speicherdauer: Die Logs werden nach den üblichen Fristen des Hosting-Anbieters gelöscht (in der Regel wenige Wochen).

3. Empfänger und Auftragsverarbeiter

Diese Website wird bei IONOS (1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland) auf Servern in der Europäischen Union gehostet. IONOS ist Auftragsverarbeiter auf Grundlage eines Vertrags nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nur, wenn wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind. Eine Übermittlung in Länder außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums findet nicht statt.

4. Cookies und lokaler Speicher

Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies, keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Tools und bindet keine Inhalte Dritter (Schriften, Karten, Videos) ein, die Daten an fremde Server übertragen würden. Die Schriftarten werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen.

Lediglich die von Ihnen gewählte Sprache wird im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers (localStorage) abgelegt (Schlüssel eg-lang, Wert „de“, „es“ oder „en“). Das ist für die von Ihnen gewünschte Darstellung technisch erforderlich, bedarf nach Art. 22 Abs. 2 LSSI-CE keiner Einwilligung, erlaubt keine Identifizierung und wird an niemanden übermittelt. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why

a) Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, content of your message and, where applicable, company and telephone number) in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a possible contractual relationship and – if you ask us to – inform you when El Gigante Retreat opens.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you ask to be notified when the Retreat opens, the basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention: for as long as your enquiry is being handled and thereafter for the statutory limitation and retention periods. Notifications about the Retreat are sent until you withdraw your consent.

b) Technical access data (server logs)

When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and referring page. This data is used to operate the site and keep it secure, and is not combined with other data.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure provision of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's usual periods (normally a few weeks).

3. Recipients and processors

This site is hosted on IONOS servers (1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) within the European Union. IONOS acts as a processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. We do not pass your data on to third parties unless legally obliged to. No transfers take place to countries outside the European Economic Area.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use cookies, nor any analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it embeds no third-party content (fonts, maps or videos) that would send data to other servers. Fonts are served from our own server.

The only thing stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) is the language you have chosen (key eg-lang, value "de", "es" or "en"). This is strictly necessary to provide the display you requested, is exempt from consent under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE, cannot identify you and is not transmitted to anyone. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw any consent given without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights, write to or by post to the address above, providing proof of identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es, or the data protection authority of your country of residence.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to correspondence.
